En Route Technologies LLC was established in Dubai Silicon Oasis by a founding team with deep roots in automotive and fleet operations. The initial product was a GPS tracking module, and the first client managed 25 vehicles. The founding thesis was clear from day one: the market needed an integrated fleet and workshop platform, not another disconnected tracking tool.
En Route received full SIRA Dubai approval for GPS tracking and fleet monitoring systems — opening the government and enterprise market in Dubai. In the same year, the company launched its proprietary Fleet Management System, replacing third-party middleware with a fully owned technology stack. Fleet management climbed to 1,000+ vehicles under management.
En Route achieved ASATEEL Abu Dhabi certification — the mandatory credential for commercial fleet operations in the capital and launched its Workshop Management System, completing the first integrated FMS-WMS ecosystem in the region. The engineering team expanded to 35+ specialists.
En Route launched operations in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Iraq, Sudan, Cameroon, and Pakistan — expanding from a UAE-focused provider to a regional platform. Active vehicles under management reached 400,000. The AI Predictive Maintenance module was introduced, bringing machine learning-based failure prediction to enterprise clients.
A new regional office opened in Sharjah to strengthen Northern Emirates coverage. The AI Dashcam Safety Module launched commercially, integrating real-time driver behaviour detection, automatic incident capture, and in-cab coaching alerts. RAKway certification was achieved, giving En Route full UAE-wide regulatory coverage a first for any integrated fleet management platform. Platform vehicles under management reached 600,000+.
The 2025 roadmap focuses on expanding AI capabilities across the platform — deeper predictive analytics, electric vehicle management integration, decarbonization dashboards, and advanced Mobility X passenger management. Strategic OEM partnerships and further MEA expansion are underway.
